Hey guys, Give this product a try. It cleans cork like none other. Best test, I used the cloth on a 35 yr old fiberglass rod re-do, the fellow wanted to keep the cork & seat. You know how cork gets, all black & slick. Dampen wonder cloth with water only, wring out, then just twist around & around. Take a look. The cork on the old fiberglass cleaned up nicely. After many years of testing different cork, line, and rod cleaning products, I can honestly say the Wonder Cloth is the most versitile and idiot proof products on the market. It works great not only to clean rod handles, but is very effective at cleaning fly lines. Any fly line with a coating that is impregnated into the line cleans up in a snap. I love the Wonder Patch when fishing for high mountain opportunistic fish. Instead of replacing the dry fly after it's been slimed by 4 or 5 fish, I simply place the fly between the Wonder Patch, gently squeeze and clean, re-apply floatant, and I'm stalking the next riser. I recieved one of the wonder patches right before I left for a fishing tournament in May. I took it with me and I am glad I did. I used it all day long.
